Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products offered for sale by (Through History), the exchange and return policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.

First: Returns
(Through History) does not offer a cash refund service after the purchase is completed.
Any manufacturing defect or fault in the product will be handled according to the approved warranty policy.
The solution is limited to replacement only, without refunding the paid amount.

Second: Exchanges
The customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
To accept the exchange request, the product must be:
• Unused
• Not installed
• In its original condition
• With complete and undamaged packaging

Third: Cases Not Eligible for Exchange
Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
• If the product has been installed or used
• If tile cartons have been opened
• Damage resulting from misuse or improper storage
• Special orders or products manufactured according to customer specifications
• If the exchange period has expired

Fourth: Manufacturing Defects and Errors
In the event of a proven manufacturing defect, or if the product arrives damaged or does not match the order, (Through History) commits to replacing the product at no additional cost.
This does not include a cash refund and is subject to the approved warranty policy.

Fifth: Exchange Request Procedure
The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Requests must be submitted through (Through History)’s WhatsApp application.
Important Notice
Customers must ensure that the product, specifications, and required quantities are correct before installation, as exchange is not possible after installation or use. If it is not possible to exchange the product for reasons beyond the control of (Through History), the full amount will be refunded within a period not exceeding 21 business days.
